Parent Hub was founded in Manchester by James Whitaker, a secondary school science teacher, over 10 years ago, to help schools break down barriers to communication and involve every parent in their child’s learning journey.
Today, we offer CPD and training to school and Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) staff, from reception desk through to senior leadership, to help them use modern communication systems to build genuine relationships with their parent community.
The company pioneered the “Every Message Matters” Framework – a blueprint for effective family engagement in schools, which underpins everything the company does. We also offer a best-in-class parent communication platform under the same name – Parent Hub – which offers the simplicity and visual appeal of social media but also integrates seamlessly with the school’s existing Management Information System (MIS) to offer a full, secure communication system capable of reaching and genuinely engaging every parent.
